Hi!! I am Leslie and I am from Eastern, Washington – think desert and sagebrush (with a bunch of sunshine and not much rain – who knew such a place existed in Washington!!) I love exploring old and new places. I love adventure and I love inspiring people of “the possible.” When we live in a place of thinking, “I just need possible” an entire world opens up, it’s freeing and life-changing. We no longer become driven for the end result, rather we embrace the now, the journey, and learn to become. One such moment of ‘becoming’ can be found in an article, Explore Washington State published about a trip I led through Oregon Butte in 2020.
Some of my ‘other’ favorite moments of discovery…..
Mount Elbert is the highest point in Colorado and the 2nd highest mountain in the lower 48.
Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon in one shot (48 miles, 11,000 feet of eg).
Starting at the South Kaibab Trailhead at 5 pm on June 5, 2020, crossing the canyon floor to summit the North Rim, and returning back to the Bright Angel South Rim Trailhead.
September 2020 I took my daughter (orange) to Colorado and we traversed the Maroon Bells from Crested Butte to Aspen.
You will never regret time in the wild with your kids.
